How promo codes work

A promo code is a short code you enter when claiming a bonus. On most casino sites, you will see an input field in the cashier or in a promotions screen. Some offers apply automatically, while others require a code.

• Wagering: bonus funds often require playthrough before withdrawals are allowed.

Free spins can be tied to a specific game, a fixed stake, and a time window. If the spins have a deadline, use them early to avoid losing them.

Bonus terms explained (plain English)

• Wagering requirement: the playthrough you must complete before bonus funds (or winnings from them) can be withdrawn. Usually shown as a multiplier (for example, 40x).
• Max cashout: a cap on how much can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. Anything above the cap may be removed according to the promo rules.
• Sticky bonus: bonus funds can be locked until wagering is completed. With a non-sticky bonus, you may be able to withdraw your cash balance while the bonus is still active (varies by operator).
• Excluded games: some games do not count towards wagering or are not allowed while a bonus is active. Always check the promo page for the list.

Common mistakes (and quick fixes)

• Bonus didn’t apply: claim the offer first, then deposit; confirm the code matches the deposit step; and check method restrictions in the cashier.
• Free spins disappeared: most often they expired, were tied to a specific game, or were redeemed into a bonus wallet with its own rules.
